Hey There
You found my website which means you care about your well-being which is super important for us all. Let me tell you more about me and Support Leopard.

All About Me
As a result of my love of travel, I became one of the first women onboard a luxury cruise ship sailing to the Bahamas at the beginning of my career. As I progressed through the hotel housekeeping operations, I pioneered projects, certified quality assurance, and led and trained high-performing teams, and yes, that required me to travel the world. Upon returning to the UK twenty years later, I joined a disruptor start-up, where technology and hospitality met. It was at this point that I felt I had outgrown my role, and I sought a new challenge. This prompted me to become a certified Executive Coach Practitioner through the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).

Following that, I became a consultant and coach and then was presented with the opportunity to coach and develop trainee police detectives in the UK as part of a pioneering programme with a social enterprise, and then we hit the pandemic. It was a time of great generosity, so many people gave their time and energy to support people during this crisis, and I provided supportive strengths coaching sessions for my colleagues. The success of these small group sessions surprised me, and one year later I had recurring groups of employees who benefited from them.

Support is something we all need, so why not share this with others?

My aim is to help everyone to have support during the workday, as common as a lunch break. This is an organisation's go-to resource for supporting individuals during their working days to give them pause. During my sessions, I combine peer-to-peer coaching with guided self-reflection, providing a space for invigorating relationships and organically hone professional strengths. We aim to transform workplace well-being through happier and more productive employees.

It is super important to me to enhance my daily well-being through mindfulness and actively enhance my own development. Running daily, drinking coffee, reading a lot, and chatting with colleagues, friends, and family helps me stay motivated. I am a fan of the Pomodoro technique and setting micro goals to feel accomplished every day. I am happiest around people - digitally and in person.
