On my first day, I was expecting a typical slightly uncomfortable therapy session due to sharing a space with people I wasn't necessary close to at work. However to my surprise, I loved the opportunity it gave me to feel safe (Thanks to Angie ensuring its a safe space) whilst reflecting on and sharing my thoughts and feelings which can easily be ignored in a busy day to day routine in. Angie's coaching sessions overall have really helped improve my confidence and given me the chance of building new relationships at work. I would definitely love the opportunity to attend more sessions in future.
Angie's group coaching session has been one of the best things I've been part of it, it's changed my own attitude towards myself but the group setting has meant I have developed skills whilst listening to others and understanding their strengths. The sessions were always a welcome break from a hectic calendar that really earthed me and allowed the headspace to reflect.
